Memory Clips takes your privacy seriously. Here's exactly what we access, and why.

- Stored securely and used only to build and display your memories. You own them. You can download or delete them at any time.
- Your Google Contacts (optional)
- If you choose to invite family members through Google, Memory Clips requests read-only access to your Google Contacts (the
contacts.readonlyscope) so we can show you a contact picker when you add an invitee. We do not store your Google Contacts on our servers, we never send messages to your contacts without your explicit action, and we never share your contacts with any third party. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions. - Your name and email address
- Used to create your account, sign you in, and let the people you invite know who invited them.
- Device and usage data
- Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage activity — used to keep the service secure and improve reliability.
We never sell your data. We never use your personal content to train AI models outside of your own memory-creation experience.

What does Memory Clips do with my Google Contacts?
If you choose to use the Google Contacts invite option, we use read-only access to show you a contact picker when inviting family. We do not store your contacts on our servers, we do not send anything without your explicit action, and we do not share your contacts with any third party.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
You can delete your account and all associated memories, recordings, and personal information at any time from your account settings, or by following the steps on our Data Deletion page.
Is my content private?
