1. Service
Digital platform for memory preservation.
2. Accounts
Users responsible for account security.
3. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership. Limited license granted.
4. Acceptable Use
No illegal or harmful content.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
Memory Clips offers two subscription tiers (base and upgrade), each available on a monthly or annual billing cycle, as described in our published pricing and features matrix.
- Memory Clips(base application) — $5/month or $50/year. Includes Dashboard, Social Circles, Inbox, Memory Clips, and Notifications.
- Memory Flicks(upgrade) — $15/month or $150/year. Includes everything in Memory Clips plus Chapter Interviews, Media Library, Legacy, and Vault.
My Story video options (e.g. Short, Long, Memorial versions) are offered under Memory Flicks; specific packages and pricing are to be determined and will be published before purchase.
Eternal Flame is an optional add-on available at $5/month (10 min), $10/month (15 min), $20/month (30 min), or $50/month (60 min). It enables AI-powered conversational preservation of your voice and personality.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval until cancelled. Prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
6. Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade from Memory Clips to Memory Flicks at any time. Upon upgrade, the remaining balance on your current billing period is prorated and applied to the new plan. The price difference is charged immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle; you retain access to higher-tier features until then.
7. Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase or upgrade, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected].
Annual Subscriptions: Prorated refunds are available within the first 30 days. After 30 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refund.
Monthly Subscriptions: After the 30-day guarantee window, no partial-month refunds are issued. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
Upgrades: Refund eligibility for upgrades resets from the upgrade date. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the new plan.
Cancellations: You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. No penalties or cancellation fees apply.
8. Liability
Not liable for data loss or damages.
9. Governing Law
California law.
10. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in by providing and confirming your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Memory Clips for one-time sign-in codes and account notifications (such as invitations to contribute to a memory). We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
